Refund Policy

  1. Refund Policy:

    By continuing to use website services available at SSMRenew.my (Tan Secretarial Services-TSS) any modification, updates or amendments to this Refund Policy, this shall signify your acceptance of such modifications, updates or amendments.

  2. Refund Request:

    All refunds must be requested and submitted within seven (7) days of purchase (“Transaction Date”). Any requests receive after seven (7) working days from the Transaction Date will not be entertained by TSS.

  3. Refund Scenario(s):

    TSS will only provide a refund under the following scenario(s):
    (a) Failed transaction or double payment for the same document within seven (7) days;
    (b) Wrong image supplied or document is unavailable at system; and
    (c) System error.

  4. Refund Process:

    The refund process will take within thirty (30) working days. TSS will process the refund only if it receives all the required and complete information. Incomplete details and wrong information such as Identification number and banking details will delay the refund process.

  5. Disclaimer:

    TSS shall not be liable to you for any delay of the refund if such delay was caused by an act, omission, neglect, or default of you, and that any such claim shall be fully compensated for by an extension of time to complete the refund process.

    TSS also shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of the refund process.
