Does you company refund full payment made of renewal is Unsuccessful?
We will only provide a refund under the following scenario(s):
(a) Failed transaction or double payment for the same document within seven (7) days;
(b) Wrong image supplied or document is unavailable at system; and
(c) System error: The refund process will take within thirty (7) working days after providing bank name , bank account number and account holder name
(d) all refunded amount will be deducted of 5% surcharge to cover our administrative fees .
Any reminder provided for the following year ?
YES, weβll provide auto reminder via WhatsApp and email 3 months in advance before expiry date of your SSM.
